Schwab Promotional System
Schwab continues to rely on Solien to develop all the "back-end" solutions for multiple, on-line, lead-generation campaigns. These applications are rich in data collection and are formatted to interface into Schwab's existing mainframe-based customer prospecting system. The campaigns utilize HTTP cookies to identify repeat users, and dynamic content is updated through a browser based publishing component.

Brand Asset Management System
Schwab needed to provide internal teams and external agencies with access to information about Schwab brand standards. These brand standards speak to their clients through a variety of audio and visual elements that unify to form a distinct representation of Schwab's core values. The Brand Asset Management System (BAMS) allows users to store Schwab advertising communications in a central location, providing for convenient and efficient information sharing. BAMS users may also upload and download a variety of media, ranging from simple Word files to voice recorded files. Administrative users have the ability to add and update website content and manage user and group permissions.

Schwab wanted to provide investment information and resources to potential Charles Schwab customers. In addition, they needed the ability to update all content and links to various promotions on a daily basis as well as track their effectiveness. Solien created the site and a full-featured back-office to support these objectives. The back office allows Schwab to publish content easily into multiple, Co-Branded formats with such partners as MSN and Excite. Solien continues to provide design strategy, site architecture, database design and overall site development for all their conversion marketing promotional sites.

Schwab’s internal marketing and advertising agency approached Solien to provide technology expertise and software development services to develop, a high profile promotional site designed to generate new leads and enroll first-time Schwab investors.
